Homes for Texas Heroes Program includes reduced fees, lower rates, grant funds for down payments, and several other financing programs for the following persons: Teachers Police Officers Correctional Officers Fire Fighters and EMS Veterans

Home Sweet Texas Home Loan Program is for low/moderate income homebuyers. Grants, special financing is also available with this program. The great news is you don't even have to be a first-time home buyer to qualify!
