Typically, your title and escrow coordinator will provide this service for you at closing. However, sometimes there is a need for evening or weekend closings when you can't get to the title company in time. Most cases, there is a charge for a mobile notary to meet you somewhere to execute your closing papers. As long as the lender on your file approves it, we have agents in our office that can complete this for you at no cost!
