Contracts and negotiations. Contracts can be as much as 50 pages long — counting addendums and amendments. We can help you navigate these complex legal documents and craft an attractive offer or lease that makes sense for you. New construction builder contracts can be overwhelming and hard to understand, we have decades of experience working with builders and navigating through their contracts. 

 

Comparative market analysis, broker price opinion, and sales price estimates. This represents an estimated sale price for any property. It is not the same as the opinion of value in an appraisal developed by a licensed appraiser under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
